This is the 82 Pattern Web gear used by the Canadian military through the cold war years. It uses a padded shoulder strap harness that attaches to the wide web belt with clips and Velcro. The set includes the yoke harness, web belt, two ammo pouches, canteen pouch ,utility pouch and a Butt pack. 

These are rugged pouches and have some wear and tear but still all functional
