Happa was established 20 years ago by Greg an American who visited Thailand fell in love with the place and set down roots. He has built the factory from nothing to now employing over 30 staff, many of who have been with him for many years. There are groups of family members who work at the factory which is a testament to the way that Greg looks after them. When we visited the factory we were impressed with how happy all the staff are and how they are all committed to the quality of the product they produce.
